DESAYU’NO?

Those who know me, know I am a big fan of colorful breakfasts. As you know, the most important meal of the day and for me, the most delicious one as you can experiment with fruits, veggies, yoghurt, pancakes and so much more. I could simply enjoy my food best when I just had a good night's sleep.  Many of us skip breakfast and yes I've been guilty as well! Only when I'm travelling or going to retreats I realize again how much I love it. So why skip something you love? I decided to create a morning routine in which (among other things I'll write to you another time) I would include a healthy, delicious breakie. So here is my first, very easy, recipe:
BANANA - AVOCADO BOWL
What you need:

  • 2 banana's
  • 1 avocado
  • Kefir (4 big spoons)
  • Lemon juice (1/4th a lemon)
Toppings:
  • Granola or Oats
  • Raisins
  • Berries (blueberries, raspberries...)
  • Passionfruit
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia Seeds
  • Hazulnuts
Mix the banana's, avocado, kefir and lemonjuice until you get a thick but fluid paste. Put it in your nicest breakfast bowl and top it with granola, berries, coconut flakes, chia seeds and chopped hazelnuts. 
As easy as that! Buen provecho!
