HEY, GOOD DAY!

Hi ! I am Rachel, a Belgian yoga teacher and mindfulness practitioner. I'm a daydreamer and lover of the adventurous, yet realistic and determined when it comes to taking action. This resonates in a way to my teachings as I both aim to move powerfully, strongly but mindfully at the same time. Yoga to me became a way of living and I hope I can inspire both you and your practice by sharing my passion. Welcome to join one of my classes in Belgium. I am currently teaching in my beautiful little coastal town where I grew up: Wenduine.
